Responsibilities

  • Strategic communications planning
  • Develop and implement global all-company broadcasts and internal communication campaigns that align with our global objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of global campaigns and broadcasts, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms
  • Using available tools and technologies to make sure communications are audience-focused, well-planned, data-driven, omnichannel and effective
  • Create compelling and informative content for digital internal communication channels including newsletters, intranet, emails, videos and social media
  • Collaborate across the function to gather insights and stories
  • Stakeholder management
  • Partner with leaders to identify communication needs and develop tailored messages by audience
  • Facilitate two-way conversation across the organisation, ensuring that employee feedback is acknowledged and address
  • Partner across our global comms team to ensure consistency in message
  • Oversee the planning and execution of company broadcasts such as town halls, fireside chats and leadership briefings.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, our studio team and content production team to ensure seamless execution of broadcasts and campaigns.
  • Be data driven with a keen eye for metrics and analysis
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators to measure effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyse feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve future communications.
  • Feed into CAM planning team using our core IC planning tools to manage air traffic control and ensure other IC leaders understand the campaigns comms landscape enabling interdependencies to be clear and communications to be joined up across the company.
  • Role-model LSEG values of integrity, partnership, excellence and change every day, both in the way we lead and through our communications approaches and materials. This includes the way we deliver compelling timely content and activity that is in our tone of voice and in line with global IC principles.
