The primary responsibility is to manage human, financial, and materials resources to deliver high-quality, customer-focused healthcare services in an outpatient clinic setting while ensuring patient and staff satisfaction.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is required; alternatively, four years of directly related work experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree. Additionally, two years of healthcare experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role, are required.

Yes, a minimum of two years of healthcare experience is necessary, which must include at least one year in a lead or supervisory role.
What types of staff will the Manager, Practice Operations oversee?
The Manager will be responsible for approximately 4-15 physicians and 15-40 team members.

The Manager develops and manages the annual operational and capital clinic budget in cooperation with the Physician Lead and Senior Manager, allocating and authorizing appropriate expenditures, and analyzing performance against the budget.
