  • Lead and grow the Private Client team focused on providing an unprecedented experience to our high net worth clients.
  • Coach and develop a team of advisors, financial planners and private client managers (a role similar to a private banker).
  • Foster a positive and aligned work environment and collaborate with many other teams and leaders across functions.
  • Own your net deposits targets, activity metrics and performance, optimizing for sales funnel, productivity and client experience.
  • Leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization.
  • Develop and deliver the ultimate private client journey.
  • Work directly with our largest clients and prospective clients.
