Responsibilities

  • LEAD EXECUTION OF ALL REGIONAL SPORTS EVENTS
  • Lead quality event execution and production for all region Red Bull Sports events. Fiscally responsible for event budgets on assigned projects. Identify and propose sites for event properties based on local market needs and expected ROI. Develop project plan, oversee its execution, and lead the project team. Oversee all elements of pre-planning and event execution. Be the liaison between Red Bull and local authorities to secure all appropriate authorization. Ensure information is spread between team members and partners. You will work with Legal to construct contracts, put contracts out for bid, assess the best proposals, and negotiate the best prices for all relevant partners/suppliers. Sources and manages event production companies and oversees all event logistics. Work with media agencies on the development of Above-the-Line strategies and execution. Partner with the regional Communications team to maximize media outcomes of important projects. Work with Region Leadership and Santa Monica teams to inform region Sports Marketing strategy. Work with Risk Management and Legal departments to facilitate all necessary agreements with outside parties according to Red Bull standards.
  • SUPPORT PRODUCT ACTIVATION
  • Work with local Brand Marketing and sales teams to develop activation plans that create relevance locally. You will manage the distribution of event collateral for the region. Work with Region Marketing Leadership and 3rd parties to develop new event branding solutions.
  • SHARE BEST PRACTICES
  • Participate in meetings such as Brand Marketing creative workshops and trainings to gather and share insights and align strategies. Identify and share best practices across the region Marketing team and Sports department. Drive ROI with the Regional Communications team to ensure external communication (external)—this includes creating and managing the content distribution of local initiatives to relevant channels (viral, print, video).
