Responsibilities

  • Design and execute field trials based on set objectives (product sections, Features and Benefits, recommendations)
  • Lead and deliver field-based applied research to inform the strategic development of products that meet the needs of growers and supply chain customers.
  • Collate and provide feedback on market potential, competition, key trends, and emerging market forces.
  • Utilize agronomic trials to add value beyond germplasm, fostering and growing customer relationships within your territory
  • Organize and deliver demonstration field days and educational talks to internal staff, Resellers and external agronomists and independent consultants
  • Create and use data tools to develop performance stories and support the sales process
  • Add value by Leveraging global connections to scout and trial the latest genetic solutions.
  • Manage germplasm performance claims and provide technical leadership on case outcomes.
