Responsibilities

  • manages the daily responsibilities of the branch offices under your leadership
  • responsible for implementation, including development of key goals, targets and priorities.
  • is recognized as a role model and creates a positive team-identity, leading, inspiring and guiding others toward a vision that builds Market capabilities
  • evaluates and mitigates risk, ensuring that compliance fits with existing regulations in addition to financial targets
  • analyzes the local market conditions and supports decision processes
  • coaches Financial Advisors and other team members and ensure appropriate training and development measures using results-oriented measurement and full transparency in communication
  • monitor and resolve (in collaboration with partners) escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
  • partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities
