Responsibilities

  • Development of the biscuits, spreads and natural foods portfolio strategy (including pack-price-architecture, assortment & innovation strategy)
  • Development of the Biscoff brand strategy & growth plan
  • Full Marketing mix planning and best-in-class brand activation across touchpoints together with the TM Manager
  • Brand performance tracking and identification of opportunities & risks in collaboration with the cross-functional team
  • Monitor and drive Marketing effectiveness to ensure that our budgets are allocated to activities with best ROI
  • Lead, inspire, develop and motivate the local Marketing team with 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing & Brand Management)
  • Co-operate closely with local cross-functional teams, global teams and central functions
