Responsibilities

  • Guide my team to work closely with experts across the company and deep dive into business performance (sell-out) and customer data to draw insights
  • Have finger on the pulse on competitor’s activities to identify best practices
  • Have strong understanding of advocacy landscape
  • Inspire my team to think big and long-term – and rally everyone towards the team’s common goals
  • Help team define the Marketing strategy, Advocacy strategy, Pricing Position, Customer targeting and investment choices (in partnership with Finance) with the objective of driving brand growth, through increased recruitment and loyalty.
  • Build zone decks and presentation for senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Retail Drive, Collab Max, Conference, Drive Meetings)
  • Support team to translate the strategy into clear briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies (e.g. Media Managers, Visual Merchandising Managers, Advocacy & Influence Managers, Activation Managers)
  • Be the guardian of the Brand DNA and positioning.
  • Be the champion of Diversity, equity and inclusion across all Communication touchpoints.
  • Define investment strategy and provide budget envelopes for wider teams
  • Support Advocacy & Influence team on MIM view forecasting and return on investment analysis
  • Validate media briefs
  • Validate forecasting of launches
  • Validate guiding principles to activation teams for forecasting of Gift with Purchase, Samples and Coffrets
  • Work in partnership with DMI and Zone, communicate the local needs, and co-create future campaign and launches.
