A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business) and at least 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on brand marketing, portfolio, and/or innovation strategy are required.
What types of plans will the Marketing Manager create?
The Marketing Manager will create consumer-centric plans across the Bars portfolio, including brand positioning, innovation, communications, media, in-store initiatives, sampling, and experiential initiatives.

You will partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders, such as Digital, Insights, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal, as well as external agency partners.
