Responsibilities

  • The main responsibilities of this role are centralised around supporting the ONE (Organisation New Europe: Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy) Region & Category Management Team in communicating campaigns to the stores, budget spending follow up and archiving campaign activity.
  • Following the International Toolbox, coordinate Merchandising Strategic Implementation in close collaboration with the UK Visual Merchandising Team and place window and merchandising orders in a timely manner accordingly to marketing calendar and budget.
  • Work closely with the UK VM team on best practise for permanent merchandising execution and campaign alignment.
  • Create and own the VM Brief Plan in the Campaign Strategy document with ONE merchandising guidelines and follow-up on updates, changes, in collaboration with strategic Window intent of Category Manager.
  • In charge of coordination and logistics of signage development, printing and creation of the Merchandising content and follow up with Creative Team supporting the strategic Window intent lead by Category Manager.
  • Put together the Confection Briefs addressed to stores for every campaign (clear and detailed instructions on set-up window, tables, prepare layout, schematics) accordingly to ONE needs. Deliver the final copy 6 weeks in advance of the campaign beginning.
  • Ensure promotional window installations are completed by the required deadlines.
  • Follow-up on merchandising and give feedback to the stores and local Retail Marketing managers.
  • Answer all the specific questions linked to the various existing configurations.
  • Printing of all the requested signage, because lost, damaged or new need (creative brief/printing/delivery/budget follow up).
  • Order to Logistic team the requested Merch tools, because lost, damaged or new need.
  • Support communications through emails or BDP (Bulletin De Provence, weekly communication of the Retail team).
  • Ahead of Product Launch, Provide merchandising minimum quantities for every campaign (novelties / regular products) for Demand Planning Team.
  • Twice a year, lead and own order placement for the region on periodic order form to order the generic Merch tools (signage holders, price holders…): need to forecast the daily needs (when something is broken or lost in store) + new openings.
  • Once a year, order of the ingredient bunches: need to forecast the daily needs (to replace damaged bunches), special events (ex. Immortelle window) + new openings.
  • Palettization plan & technical file to fill by the supplier and to put online in order to guarantee the delivery.
  • Order file to complete in order to receive the purchase order.
  • BAT to validate with the supplier.
  • Delivery to follow with the demand planning/logistic team.
  • Budget follow-up.
