  • Team Communications: Gather information on team projects, share updates on SharePoint, and create a quarterly newsletter showcasing team accomplishments
  • Team SharePoint Management: Manage and redesign the team SharePoint site, gather program updates, and publish them to keep the site current and informative
  • Planning and Facilitating Team Meetings and Offsites: Assist with planning and facilitating team meetings and offsites, including meeting planning, agenda assistance, offsite logistics, note-taking, and sending follow-ups
  • Localization Management: Oversee the full localization process for all customer-facing assets developed by the team
  • Asset Management: Track localized assets to ensure they are well-organized and easily accessible, enhancing team efficiency and productivity
  • Content Map Creation and Management: Create and manage content maps to support localization and execution
  • Team Metrics: Enhance team performance analysis by defining standard metrics, collaborating to establish a baseline, automating and streamlining the process, and ensuring metrics are readily accessible
