Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a High school Diploma or GED AND 1+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
Military electronic/avionic technician training
End-user computer skills and navigation
Schematic/wiring diagram reading
Electronic systems
Troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing
And/or repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks in the production process, ensuring that the finished products match the industry standards and customer specifications.
Support by developing, building and testing new products and prototypes, or processes for quality and functionality.
Operate equipment either from a remote operations center or internal to factory.
Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
Maintain overall production efficiency of assigned tools/ modules, and optimize production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Support activities related to the installation, qualification, maintenance, and training of new or reused production equipment.
Drive maximum utilization of equipment and use of automated systems to maximize quality of output.
Work with Manufacturing Operations Manager and peers to produce product that meets output requirements and escalate appropriately to management team when shift output schedules are at risk.
Support incorporating process improvements, and troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
Ensure availability of required raw materials for production. Inspects raw materials and final products, performing quality control evaluations to confirm items meet established standards. Conduct quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
Drive quality and cost improvements through area in conjunction with engineering.
Maintain production logs and other required documentation as indicated by Standard Operating Procedures.
