Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing material handling equipment such as conveyor belts and other machinery. Will be given specific requirements from the facility and will design the solution, which can include adding capacity to the site, retrofitting areas for new equipment, or rearranging existing equipment within the facility. Responsible for figuring out layouts of the site and developing the scope of work for the project. Will write RFPs, work with vendors for site selection, and work on engineering design and handoff to execution. Up to 50% travel is required for site visits.
