Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Business Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or other quantitative degree
  • Healthcare experience a plus; Contact center experience a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience & 5 Years of Healthcare experience
  • Must be able to develop and modify SQL scripts and be able to wrangle large datasets, join multiple datasets
  • Required SAS Certified Base Programmer Credential or equivalent & experience with SQL & Python knowledge; Python and/or Tableau experience desired,
  • Must be able to create data visualizations to effectively narrate an actionable data story. Preferred working experience with Tableau Desktop
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written skills with ability to convey and understand complex ideas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven track record for developing and implementing innovative solutions

  • Have a solid analytics background and can apply critical thinking to solve data problems
