Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Business Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or other quantitative degree
Healthcare experience a plus; Contact center experience a plus.
7+ years of relevant experience & 5 Years of Healthcare experience
Must be able to develop and modify SQL scripts and be able to wrangle large datasets, join multiple datasets
Required SAS Certified Base Programmer Credential or equivalent & experience with SQL & Python knowledge; Python and/or Tableau experience desired,
Must be able to create data visualizations to effectively narrate an actionable data story. Preferred working experience with Tableau Desktop
Possesses excellent verbal and written skills with ability to convey and understand complex ideas
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven track record for developing and implementing innovative solutions

A data enthusiast with experience in data programming to analyze large datasets
Be laser focused on Backoffice care navigator program/processes, arming the operations teams to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, operational performance and health care costs.
Enjoy working in a very matrixed and fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions
Have a solid analytics background and can apply critical thinking to solve data problems
