Requirements

  • You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
  • Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have a MS degree with 6+ months of experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ months of experience in the following:
  • Scripting (Perl or tcl or Python, etc.)
  • Understanding of SRAM operations.
  • Transistor level operation (VLSI course work), design challenges under process variations and low power circuit technique.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization Memory Compiler Team and will own significant engineering tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Provide design solutions for meeting challenging memory design specs for various product segments.
  • Memory Compiler Design Flow/Methodology development.
  • Design, validation, and characterization of Memory Compilers.

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.
