Responsibilities

  • - Assist with the investigation and resolution of any trade capture issues that may arise, ensuring that all client OTC & Loan bookings are captured successfully each day.
  • - Ensure all OTC & Loan trade bookings are fully confirmed to with the counterparties, leveraging Markit Trade Manager & Clearpar.
  • - Approve and process all bilateral OTC cash settlements and adhere to all MPP guidelines.
  • - Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution.
  • - Perform daily reconciliation processes and investigate all breaks that arise thoroughly.
  • - Actively participate on recurring service calls, both internally and also with our clients. Escalate matters promptly and see all issues through to resolution.
  • - Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies.
  • - Prepare and submit periodic internal and external reporting based on the departments activities for the month.
