Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for setting up a Mobile Center of Excellence (CoE) and aligning with backend teams on the enterprise roadmap.
This role requires a strategic problem solver with a deep understanding of mobile technologies, enterprise architecture, and customer collaboration.
Define the vision, mission, and goals for the Mobile CoE.
Create and enforce standard processes for mobile development, including coding standards, design patterns, and security guidelines.
Evaluate and select appropriate mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools. Implement governance processes to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and policies.
Provide training and development opportunities for mobile developers to enhance their skills.
Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and backend systems.
Align mobile development initiatives with the enterprise roadmap and strategic goals.
Supervise the design and implementation of APIs to support mobile applications. Ensure that mobile applications are optimized for performance and scalability. Implement security measures to protect mobile applications and data.
Collaborate with customers to understand their current state and requirements.
Work with customers to understand their rollout map, influencing the schematics of the Mobile CoE.
Engage with partners to ensure that mobile solutions meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain a mobile technology roadmap that aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.
Identify and evaluate emerging mobile technologies and trends to drive innovation.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure that mobile solutions meet business requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers and architects. Communicate effectively with team members, including executives, developers, and business units.
Provide regular updates on the progress of the Mobile CoE and mobile development initiatives.
