Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Maintenance Team
  • Always observe the highest levels of health and safety, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to
  • Use your own initiative to solve problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials
  • Liaise closely with our helpdesk to ensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part of a team
  • Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out to ensure our client is kept up to date at all times
  • Carry out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, ensuring that you comply with current regulations and client specifications
  • Play a key role in planning and completing a range of joinery tasks
  • Provide exceptional maintenance services to our high-profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas
  • Utilise PDAs / mobiles to complete works
  • You will represent the Company and be always courteous and professional
  • Provide regular out of hours cover on a rota system
