Responsibilities

  • Contributing to overall customer KPI delivery (revenue, profit, shares).
  • Management of retailer invoicing, pricing and accruals processes.
  • Developing strong working knowledge of SC Johnson internal processes and become an expert on a top 4 retailer’s systems and administrative processes.
  • Supporting a top 4 grocer’s team on sales performance through the management and analysis of account specific reports & systems.
  • Developing a strong working relationship with multiple account stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day running of the account.
