What is the main responsibility of the .NET DevOps(Application Support Senior Analyst)?
The main responsibility is to ensure SLA’s are met by resolving incidents and work requests within agreed time scales, performing root cause analysis of faults, and proactively identifying issues within the application code by monitoring application logs.

You will be investigating and resolving incidents related to Travelex’s applications within agreed SLA's.
Will I need to work with other teams?
Yes, you will need to own and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams, including third-party package vendors, Travelex in-house development teams, and Travelex infrastructure teams.

Essential experience includes expert understanding of programming with stored procedures, databases, troubleshooting large integrated systems and databases, and experience in .NET, Web services, IIS/Apache/tomcat, and SQL Server.
