  • Our Los Angeles office is seeking a temporary New Accounts Associate to assist with a regulatory remediation effort. This is a hybrid role. Please note this is a temporary assignment that will last through the end of June.


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
  • 1+ years experience with New Account processing
  • Must have previous experience with and working knowledge of BETA and/or Phase 3 systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with minimal supervision
  • Positive, eager to learn and adapt to a changing environment
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and required

  • Open, process and update new accounts
  • Verify client information, signatures and documents
  • Compose, edit and distribute memos, letters and reports
  • Maintain and update client and contact database information
  • Maintain department files and documents
  • Act as an information resource, liaison and problem-solver with both internal and external contacts
  • Assist senior salespeople with day to day operations
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
