Requirements

  • New graduates with a University and/or College Degree who are interested in a career in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Located in North America with proximity to or willing to relocate to a Nutrien Corporate Office location (Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK)
  • This program will not be available for fully remote work – you will be required to attend the office a minimum of three days per week
  • Strong desire to pursue post graduate designation (CPA, CFA, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly establish working relationships and effectively transition through assignments
  • Previous financial/accounting work experience considered an asset

  • On the job training and experience in different areas within the Finance department

Do we support remote work?

This program will not be available for fully remote work – you will be required to attend the office a minimum of three days per week.

What is the duration of the Finance Rotational Program?

The Finance Rotational Program lasts for two years, with participants completing four 6-month rotations.
