The LATCANZ Central Marketing Team for Amazon Prime Video is responsible for driving customer growth and engagement, through a broad combination of marketing channels across marketplaces. Our team owns the Owned & Operated (O&O) marketing channels including Prime Video Storefront, Email, Amazon retail, and more. We support the LATCANZ region, our markets include Australia (AU), Canada (CA), New Zealand (NZ), Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), Colombia (CO), Chile (CL), Argentina (AR), Peru (PE) and the remainder of Latin America.

We are seeking a results-oriented digital marketer who will be responsible for driving acquisition, engagement and retention for Sports on Prime Video through our owned and operated (O&O) channels.

As O&O Sports Marketing Manager for Prime Video, you will be part of the team responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by (1) launching new Sport properties on Prime Video including developing and owning the merchandising strategy across all owned and operated channels, (2) executing campaigns to support the growth and engagement of Sport properties and their key matches on Prime Video, raising the bar on quality of execution, and (3) measuring impact and efficiency of merchandising strategies to iterate and improve performance.

You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, demonstrable expertise in end-to-end campaign execution, and strong organizational skills. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams. A passion for Sports is a plus! Key job responsibilities
  • Owning the merchandising setup and launch of new Sport properties across O&O marketing channels (e.g. web/mobile/living room applications) for Prime Video, defining the merchandising strategy, contributing to the go-to-market plans in collaboration with country teams and their regional Sports lead
  • Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices including new Sport launches, new/returning seasons, match/games, and additional promotional campaigns
  • Collaborating across business lines and with internal teams to manage Sports calendar and share of voice allocation across high visibility placements and devices
  • Optimizing campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally with channel and product leads to implement improvements
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
