Responsibilities

  • - Provides consultation, assessment, treatment and follow-up of clients in the occupational performance areas of self-care, productivity and leisure.
  • - Facilitates, restores and/or maintains clients' optimal level of function.
  • - Provides intervention to address clients' occupational performance components (physical, cognitive and/or affective).
  • - Provides education and support to clients, families and caregivers.
  • - Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary hospital and/or community health care team.
  • - May be required to provide services throughout the Rehabilitation and Supportive Care Services portfolio.
