  • You will demonstrate knowledge in laptop / desktop hardware maintenance (preferably Lenovo or Dell)
  • You will showcase great customer service skills and want to make a difference to our end users
  • You will be able to communicate with a range of internal stakeholders via different means of communications such as face to face or email support
  • You will have a good attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • You will provide high quality and professional support service to the internal and external system users with any Office IT related questions/queries & support they may require
  • You will be providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system
  • You will be supporting new joiners into the business with initial laptop set up
  • You will manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept
  • You will perform hardware recycling activities and also build / distribute devices
