Responsibilities

  • Provides independent administrative support of the day-to-day activities of the General Manager and Assistant General Managers to maximize executive productivity and ensure department efficiency
  • Supervises administrative personnel and ensures front desk is covered during all operational hours
  • Effectively manages the General Manager and Assistant General Manager’s calendars as necessary, acting independently to routinely schedule appointments and arrange any necessary travel itineraries
  • Prepares clear, concise, timely reports, presentations, correspondence, and other written materials
  • Establishes and maintains effective, positive working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Creates agendas and records meeting minutes
  • Main point of contact for preparation of OVG Self-Assessment, working with all stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting
  • Prepare weekly reports for the City of Dallas, ensuring timely input from all departments
  • Assists the Human Resources team in facilitating some human resources responsibilities, events or meetings
  • Provide accounting support to company departments
  • Reconcile sales reports prior to month end postings
  • Oversee document coding
  • Provide general office and clerical support: preparation of weekly package to corporate, copying, filing, correspondence, telephone inquiries
  • Work with Assistant General Manager to coordinate construction, demolition and renovation schedule with experience in change orders and planning
