  • Activate Accounts opened, cross sell FD and remittances, increase SA balances and cross sell Investments, Insurance, Mortgages, Credit Card
  • Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation
  • Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from various groups including salary accounts and IBG teams
  • Provide high quality customer service to NRI customers and resolve their queries on priority
