Responsibilities

  • The Talent Selection Onboarding Analyst, within Henry Ford Health, is responsible for organizing and facilitating the company's onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • This fast-paced role has a key part in setting our newly hired employees up for success by providing them best-in-class service after offer acceptance and into their first year of employment.
  • As a member of the Talent Selection Onboarding Team, the Onboarding Agent takes ownership of candidates and all onboarding steps after recruiting process is completed.
  • The Onboarding Agent works on behalf of the hiring leader to complete the onboarding process to meet the expected start date or reset expectations allowing candidate to move through their individual onboarding process as needed.
  • This role will help refine existing onboarding steps, and identify opportunities for new experiences that support our desired outcome of a highly supportive and engaged white glove onboarding process.
  • The Onboarding Agent will be key to the efficient execution of onboarding strategies, candidate support and process improvements to meet our Talent Selection hiring goals.
