Responsibilities

  • The primary focus of the role is to lead the Digital Retail Portfolio Support service to deliver excellent quality support communications and track improvements to DRP applications that meet or exceed the business and customer expectations
  • In this role you need to communicate and coordinate with application product managers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that SLAs are met or exceeded, or improvements are identified to meet such SLAs
  • You will be responsible for tracking Life Cycle Management of all in-scope components, libraries, and platforms that are parts of Bupa DRP Systems (bupa.com.au, MyBupa web and app)
  • Oversee and lead the BAU support service for DRP production systems
  • Refine and manage support guidelines and processes and align with industry standard best practices
  • Ensure monitoring is in place for all supported production systems
  • Lead the DRP support teams to adopt new systems
  • Ensure the team responds to support requests in a timeline manner meeting the target SLAs
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Owners to ensure visibility of DRP Systems’ health states, highlight possible gaps in support and maintenance and proactively provide the solutions for on-going improvements
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring of team members
  • Review issues, requirements, and work with the support teams to provide technical solutions
  • Build and expand Support team capability to cope with on-going changes, new technologies and support scope
