Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the COO on all Operational matters
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline operational initiatives and improve efficiencies.
  • Managing support teams and maintaining engagement.
  • Understanding our platforms and providing training to upskill wider teams.
  • Supporting the business leads with ad hoc demands.
  • Overseeing and driving alignment within our Shadow board.
  • Attending operational meetings to ensure maximum productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Producing flash forecasts on a monthly basis and tracking
  • Support data and knowledge management
  • Promoting and championing the use of JLL tools available.
  • Working with the Early Careers team to ensure adequate recruitment into our teams.
  • Owning the recruitment trackers and engagement with Talent Acquisition function
  • Owning the promotion process across the business line
  • Participating in the operation managers network across JLL to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Supporting with budget and reforecast processes
  • Supporting with year end renumeration planning
  • Providing input and helping develop sub-business line business cases and strategy documents
  • Engaging with the off-shore teams for ALAR to ensure quality of services, alignment with SLAs and ensuring the team feel integrated and part of the ALAR family
  • Championing people experience cross the business line
