Responsibilities

  • Drive the efficiency and effectiveness mind-set in the organization.
  • Effectively communicate with all Red Bull stakeholders (internal, external & HQ) to understand their needs and support them in the most efficient way for the company. This includes customers, industry and trade associations.
  • Engage with key customers to build trust and establish joint continuous improvement projects to optimize service levels, quality, and costs. (e.g. build, maintain and develop customer collaboration platforms with top customers for planning and supply chain processes).
  • Create and own the operations business plan to ensure synchronization to global, regional and country strategy.
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out by a capable, engaged and motivated team, ensuring growth and development opportunities where applicable.
  • Have a deep understanding and proper documentation of the processes & systems landscape and assurance of the international Red Bull standards.
  • Accountable up-to-date and accurate data in the relevant Red Bull systems.
  • Ensure in-time reporting of KPIs to HQ and to internal stakeholders defining appropriate reporting requirements for the market (e.g.: Dashboard, etc.).
  • Responsible for the Sales & Operations planning process in the organization to ensure proper forecasting and inventory management, including order cycle of finished product and POS materials purchased from Red Bull HQ.
  • Own and drive portfolio management (incl. product lifecycle and post launch evaluations) within the local organization. Challenge status quo and critically review current product portfolio. Act as the gatekeeper when it comes to product launches, phase outs.
  • Hold a deep understanding and monitoring of all costs occurring in the operational area and implementation of cost saving initiatives considering both internal (Red Bull group) and external benchmarks to ensure appropriate cost structures.
  • Ensure effective and efficient management of local service providers, including the responsibility of defining and adjusting related SLAs to adapt them to the constant changes of business requirements. This includes constructive feedback to HQ for service providers managed centrally, with impact in local organizations.
  • Develop, implement and centrally store all purchasing policies, outsource guidelines and procedures (bid proposals, qualify of vendors, requirements documentation,) in conjunction with HQ and all departments, adhering to specific requirements.
  • Ensure that quality standards, as defined by Red Bull HQ are implemented, published internally and executed in the local organization. Strengthen the quality awareness within the local organization, supporting with regular quality onsite audits (warehouse), reviews (quality KPI´s) and training sessions.
  • Report on developments regarding risks and opportunities occurring of political/public measures in the field of sustainability to Red Bull HQ on a regular basis and take ownership of all sustainability groups in trade/industry associations. This includes supporting Marketing and On-Premise in organizing recycling concepts for Red Bull events.
  • Manage & lead implementation and execution of national Health & Safety regulations in the local organization.
  • Be the local sustainability ambassador for global and local guidelines / projects.
