Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. As the Operations Manager you will be part of the distribution team supporting plant functions as well as 4 direct reports. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have managerial skills and a distribution background which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000

What’s the Job?


 * Daily supervision of operating activities in the plant including order administration, Service (Technical Support Team), Warehouse activities and Sales Support / Experience Center / Trade Shows.
 * Managing 4 direct reports.
 * Manage all processes from order receipt to warehousing/shipping for the Americas region.
   
   

What’s Needed?


 * 4-6 years of relevant experience
 * Management experience
 * Team-player mentality
 * Familiarity with international shipping and customs issues
 * Experience in receiving and shipping internationally
