Do you have leadership/management experience within the precision engineering industry? Are you looking for a new, long term position within an industry leading, multisite precision engineering company offering first class retention & development and multiple progression opportunities?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an operations manager to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Chelmsford. The successful applicant will oversee all manufacturing operations across the business, reporting to the director of operations. You will be responsible for overall site performance, ensuring that all commercial, production and operational targets are met. This is a role offering excellent variety and day to day challenge, being a technical point of contact across the engineering, production and procurement teams.
