The primary responsibilities include providing HR operations support to KP physician and/or executive employees in areas such as payroll, compensation, benefits enrollment and administration, on/off-boarding, and new hire orientation, while also assisting with audits, developing reports, and reviewing salary actions.

A minimum of one (1) year of healthcare operations experience is required, along with a high school diploma or GED and additional experience in data analytics, healthcare business operations, or a related field.
