Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of warehouse management experience including the use of warehouse management systems ideally (Blue Yonder);
  • Experience of leading project implementations with cross functions, ideally within life sciences/pharma;
  • Excellent computer literacy, knowledge of WMS and operational processes;
  • General working knowledge of all functional aspects - Quality, IT, Finance, HR, Program Management;;
  • Strong Communication Skills (both verbal & written);
  • Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing environment;
  • Excellent problem solving skills and familiarity with compliance regulations and quality management systems.
  • Project Management experience within the Life science or Health Care/Pharma sector desirable;
  • Knowledge of Standard Operational procedures completion;
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and preventative actions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the review of operational resource requirements for new business implementations, including UAT, training and implementation.
  • Support the solution design phase of projects to ensure solutions are fit for purpose;
  • Work with the Operations, IT and Quality teams to deliver successful project implementations;
  • Provide support to ensure the Operations colleagues and Super Users are adequately resourced and trained;
  • Prepare the operation for handover to BAU, ensuring resolution of any start-up issues;
  • Manage defects arising from implemented changes during hyper care and ensure Super Users are available;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies on Health & Safety, GxP compliance, and regulatory requirements;
  • Accountable for the operational delivery of a successful implementation (UAT through to Hypercare);
  • Ensure that resources are appropriate for business needs, including identification of training needs for new and existing super users.
