  • We are seeking a skilled OD Manager to join our Culture and OD team on a permanent basis.
  • You will have a proven track record in delivering leadership and team development programmes across a complex organisation.
  • Using your OD expertise, you will interpret data, diagnose situations, and develop and deliver solutions in partnership with other members of the OD and People and Culture team, leaders, managers, and key stakeholders.

  • You will work in an agile manner, working from home and from key offices across Wales.
  • Due to the role covering Wales, there will be a requirement for some travel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Culture and Organisational Development in implementing the Leadership and Management Development Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Trust’s overall People and Culture Strategy.
  • Facilitate leadership, management, and team development initiatives throughout the Trust, designing and delivering programmes that improve culture and build leadership capabilities across all levels of the organisation.
  • Act as the lead specialist for leadership and management development, working independently within broad occupational policies and guidelines to embed leadership best practices into the Trust’s working culture.
  • Provide professional advice to managers on leadership and management development policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring an evidence-based approach to leadership growth.
  • Develop and integrate leadership development strategies into the Trust’s culture through focused OD work, including workshops, coaching, and team development initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Culture and Organisational Development in delivering designated OD programme activities, building internal capability and capacity in leadership, management, and continuous improvement.
