Requirements

  • Someone who has recent, commercial experience of being a Paralegal. This is a varied role and a flexible, proactive attitude is essential for success. We’re also looking for someone highly organised to support pan-European legal meetings and projects.
  • A passion for people & skilled in stakeholder management. You’ll interact with multiple countries and stakeholders daily – so this is essential.
  • Good knowledge of all Office 365 Applications
  • Ability to efficiently plan and manage projects
  • Experience with legal tech solutions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to use own initiative
  • Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management support for pan European legal projects;
  • Budget, training and legal know-how for EU teams;
  • Facilitate and maintain various self-service legal models;
  • Generate initial draft contracts across multiple divisions;
  • Support with compliance onboarding for new starters;
  • Maintain and organise contract records.
  • Provide general administrative duties;
