Requirements

  • You have completed your training as a Paralegal or you have other comparable training, experience or qualifications relevant for the role
  • Ideally, you have already worked as a Legal Coordinator, Paralegal or Legal Assistant in an international company or law firm for at least 2 years
  • You have analytical skills, logical thinking ability and enjoy to work with data, technology and documents
  • You know (and like) Excel and most Office 365 applications, and could learn to use other electronic tools and databases with ease
  • You are reliable and passionate to work with people and in an enthusiastic team
  • You speak German and English fluently

Responsibilities

  • You will amend, prepare, format, print, and scan documents; obtain signatures and update the corporate database.
  • Additionally, you will file and organize contracts and documents in electronic databases and physical archives.
  • Another task is the forecasting and tracking of the departmental budget and the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Corresponding with law firms, authorities, courts, and external parties; organizing training sessions and assisting with onboarding.
  • You will arrange meetings, book rooms, manage meeting technology, book travel, and manage expenses.
