Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing partner marketing teams
  • Experience working closely with technology partners and/or consulting partners, to build joint marketing plans and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes
  • Experience working with a global function based in a different region
  • Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans
  • Experience shaping joint messaging with partners
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
  • Deep understanding of the user journey through a partner channel and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective requirements on the partner marketing organization to drive attach and revenue
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company
  • Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions
  • Fluency in second language (French or German)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional GTM Partnerships, Sales and Marketing team to build a go-to-market strategy for our Services, Technology and Platform partners in EMEA
  • Define priorities, investment model, scaling mechanisms and success metrics for our marketing efforts with our partners in EMEA
  • Drive adoption of scalable marketing and enablement programs locally, and influence the global partner marketing roadmap to serve local partners
  • Administer and optimize market development funds with each partner
  • Align and work closely with Global Partner marketers to extend and land global initiatives in EMEA
  • Collaborate closely with our regional marketers to ensure partners are represented in local GTM initiatives
