Responsibilities

  • Based in Germany, you will collaborate with various teams across the organisation to identify and secure exciting new partnership opportunities for the German market. Responsibilities will include:
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strong brand and commercial partnerships to drive growth and expand market presence, brand awareness and trust.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with PR and influencer contacts in the market.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Based on market and media trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies for generating exposure and growing the Bloom & Wild brand in the market via local marketing and brand collaborations.
  • Attend industry events (like eCommerce and tech conferences), regularly for expanding the B&W network and representing the brand.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of partnership agreements, negotiation, and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the global brand and creative teams to align brand strategies and support business objectives.
  • Plan, organise, and execute events and workshops for press, influencers and customers to bring the Bloom & Wild brand and new collections and campaigns to life.
  • Collaborate with the global brand and marketing teams to ensure events and workshops sit within the brand campaigns and are effectively promoted.
  • Develop content and materials for workshops that enhances the event message.
  • Set clear KPIs and measure the impact of events and workshops, using insights to optimise future activities.
  • Act as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
