  • Implementing and developing admin protocols and processes.
  • Managing our administration staff. Including involvement in HR processes.
  • Waiting List management.
  • Supporting in the delivery of training and developing our admin teams.
  • Actively involved in recruitment and retention of admin staff.
  • Collaborative working with both clinical and non clinical colleagues to develop our Service needs.
  • Working alongside Pathway Team Leader colleagues to maintain and develop our service.
