  • You are a strong hands-on leader who knows how motivate our customers to shop with us more frequently because they trust us to make their shopping experience successful and their visits worthwhile.
  • You have a passion fueled with a big ‘can-do’ attitude - you develop and inspire co-workers and, together with your team, you provide our customers with a fun and hassle-free shopping experience.
  • You have a thorough understanding of customers behaviors and current home furnishing trends to strengthen further our connection with the everyday life of the many people.
  • You have formal qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Business/Finance or equivalent with a minimum 5 years of experience in Payments, Customer Experience/support or similar and delivering results.
  • You have a minimum 5 years of experiences in payments or customer experience operations and a minimum 5 years of experience in leading and influencing co-workers.
  • This position requires the submission of a satisfactory criminal record check. A record under the Criminal Code and/or other federal offence record(s) does not automatically mean you will be ineligible for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify payment and checkout development opportunities, based on local market relevance and customer needs.
  • Manage local vendors where applicable to ensure sustainable vendor relations and minimize costs.
  • Ensure and facilitate trainings in checkout routines, co-worker interactions, legal compliance, safety as well as the best practices.
  • Build SME (Subject Matter Experts) competence through understanding markets, consumer and total business operations.
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact.
  • Secure the integrated multichannel conversion by meeting customers’ expectations, reflecting a compliant, efficient and seamless payment experience across all channels.
  • Measure conversion and customer satisfaction in payment and checkout to ensure performance excellence throughout the year.
  • Contribute to the transformation of IKEA by being an active player in driving an open and sharing climate and a role model of our values.
