Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other Payroll and Time Administrators for the successful completion of the Time and Payroll processes during weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for approximately 12,000 employees.
  • Produces and reconciles audit reports for both time and payroll (i.e. time entered, gross-net reconciliation, payroll overpayments, and federal tax payments).
  • Assists in responding to questions from timekeepers and payroll coordinators on processes and/or payment related issues.
  • Works collaboratively with Human Resources and other central offices to escalate, follow up, and resolve any time or payroll related issues.
  • Additional duties could include assistance with testing of system changes in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Time/Payroll and BUworks and other duties as assigned.
