  • At least 2/3 years of previous experience in the role and in the sector.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, previous knowledge of PLM/AS400 is considered a plus.
  • Willing to business trip in Italy and abroad to visit subsidiaries and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the fitting of the first canvases and prototypes once the collection structure is defined;
  • Support the Design Team by using the technical skills of tailoring and pattern making in order to find optimal solutions for external suppliers;
  • Analyze, track, and collect all the data and information needed to fine-tune the garment during the collection development with suppliers, including:
  • Types of embroidery designs, checking for critical issues in application and related developments in various sizes;
  • Attend meetings with the Accessories and Textile Research & Purchasing teams for discussion on critical issues found during sample definition;
  • Provide external laboratories with the necessary technical-quality information on components, models, product requirements, etc., working with the Product Development team and taking care of the defect clearance activities;
  • Control the labeling system that will be forwarded to Production and entered into the system (PLM).
  • Act as administrative support by participating in all fittings, taking necessary notes, and fill the sheets for garment realization;
  • Control prototypes and potentially measure garments;
