The primary focus of the PD & Pre-Industrialization Specialist position is to work within the Woman and Kids team, specifically collaborating on the Kids collection and ensuring the proper execution and realization of products during the prototype, sample, and production phases.

Key responsibilities include handling fittings of prototypes, supporting the Design Team in tailoring and pattern making, analyzing garment data, attending meetings with other teams, providing technical information to external laboratories, controlling the labeling system, and acting as an administrative support during fittings.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor or master’s degree in Product Management or a similar field is required, along with at least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
Is knowledge of PLM and AS400 systems necessary for this job?
While not mandatory, previous knowledge of PLM/AS400 is considered a plus for this position.
Will there be travel involved in this role?
Yes, the role requires willingness to travel for business within Italy and abroad to visit subsidiaries and suppliers.
What technical skills are necessary for this position?
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary, as well as technical skills related to tailoring and pattern making to support the Design Team.
