Responsibilities

  • You will train, lead, develop, and back up the Tier 1 team, responsible for superior case management execution across North and South America. This includes process and policy interpretation, employee lifecycle data management, HR program administration, and talent acquisition support, then expanding over time.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for escalations, providing solutions to complex HR issues that require cross-functional coordination. Using outcomes to enhance Tier 1 tools, establishing best practices and standard work.
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 and business partners to align service delivery with organizational goals. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and use Vontier Business Systems (VBS) tools to execute on process improvements.
  • You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across the Americas region.
