Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an engagement strategy that aligns with GHJ’s core values to foster a positive workplace and help our team members feel connected.
  • Create an annual plan for ongoing connection points across the firm.
  • Bring an outside-in perspective on best practices for engagement.
  • Support the engagement strategy for our headquarters, Market Hubs, and dispersed cohorts, acting as a single point for engagement to flow through so we can have a cohesive approach.
  • Own communications to support engagement.
  • Own overall logistics and execution of two firmwide weeks a year. This includes coordination with vendors and internal clients to ensure events go smoothly and meet objectives.
  • Project and budget management for these events is essential.
  • Manage the logistics of our quarterly Town Hall meetings, including onsite support at the LA headquarters and coordination with Market Hubs.
  • Own monthly onsite connection events in LA (lunches, happy hours, DEIA events, etc.).
  • Coordinate engagement activities with Market Hub leaders, acting as a central point of contact for Market Hub engagement.
  • Support other People team events as needed.
  • Manage the planning and execution of the annual engagement survey.
  • Work with Department Heads to support their department engagement plans and tie them back to the firm’s engagement strategy.
  • Plan and implement engagement activities that support the focus areas identified in the engagement survey.
