Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of People data within Workday, including running audits, managing data loads using tools such as: EIB’s, and creating simple custom reports to validate data integrity.
  • Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of new People system functionalities and configurations to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational requirements
  • Provide support to the People team and other business users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure optimal use of the Workday platform.
  • Maintain system process documentation, including business process guides, user manuals, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholder teams, such as People Operations, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll to ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and support the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze current HRIS systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the People Operations leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Address, research, and resolve employee and partner questions related to system data, such as benefits, payroll, and personal information, serving as a resource for inquiries and clarifications
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information and HR
