  • * Proven work experience as a Financial Controller
  • * 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • * Very good knowledge of Controlling instruments and understanding of accounting principles
  • * Result orientated with a high degree of customer orientation and a business partner mindset
  • * Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • * Advanced user skills in SAP and MS Office. PowerBI experience is a must
  • * Knowledge in other BI tools (Alteryx / UIPath ) is a plus
  • * Excellent English skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely reporting of financials on our Service-& Project portfolio perform variance analysis on ACT, planning and targets - following up with our global controller network in case of deviations
  • Assure financial closing cycles meet expectations in quality
  • Enable fact-based decisions by providing transparency and financial guidance to the IT controlling team
  • Drive process optimization and digitalization / automation
  • Work closely with global and regional controllers and foster continuous improvements to increase Forecast accuracy and transparency
  • Be part of and drive strategic projects within the area of IT Controlling
