Responsibilities

  • Manages and drives all aspects performance marketing and directly supports the Project manager in the Marketing Operation Studio Madrid.
  • Plans, executes and optimizes acquisition campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, email, and native advertising.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis to determine metrics including ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and other KPIs to ensure that campaigns meet or exceed business goals and objectives.
  • Develops and executes A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on growth hacking mentality.
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause with the help of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and deliver quantifiable improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
  • Identify and evaluate new performance marketing opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve the overall effectiveness of the performance marketing programs.
  • Act as a consultant to internal customers by developing and sustaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Implement Straumann Group's digital strategy and adjust plans accordingly by conveying a consistent brand image.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes along the customer journey and procedures for the entire customer experience.
  • Support management to manage respective cost budgets, conduct proper resource planning within a project or work package.
