Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Director of Corporate Affairs as well as one other member of the Enterprise Leader Network, you'll be responsible for providing efficient and effective Personal Assistant support, ensuring the achievement of Direct Line Group’s goals and objectives.
  • This entails coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings, managing desk and room bookings, arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, and overseeing inbox management to ensure timely action on emails or delegation to appropriate parties.
  • Additionally, you'll handle expense processing, administrative tasks such as IT requests and procurement, and compile various documents including letters, reports, and emails, and you'll also manage ad hoc personal tasks as needed.
